Proposal Photography Cancellation & Policy Terms
At St. Augustine Visit, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and we aim to provide you with a seamless experience for your proposal photography session. To help manage expectations, please review our cancellation, weather, and other important policies.
Cancellations by the Customer:
- 7 Days or More: If you cancel your proposal photography session 7 or more days before the scheduled date, you will receive a full refund minus a $50 administration fee.
- Less Than 7 Days: For cancellations made less than 7 days before your scheduled session, you will receive a 50% refund, as last-minute cancellations limit our ability to rebook the time slot.
- Proposal Photography Booked Within 7 Days: Proposals booked within 7 days of the scheduled date are non-refundable.
Weather Policy:
- Outdoor Sessions: All outdoor proposal photography sessions are weather-dependent. If conditions are unsafe or unfavorable for outdoor photos, we reserve the right to postpone, reschedule (subject to availability), or cancel the session.
- Cancellation Due to Weather: If we need to cancel due to weather less than 24 hours before the session, you will receive a refund, minus the following: $50 administration fee
Late Arrivals: Your session will begin and end as scheduled, regardless of late arrivals. Any extensions are at our discretion and subject to availability. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to pack up without issuing a refund. No refunds will be provided for unused time.
No Shows: No-shows are non-refundable. If you fail to show up for your scheduled session without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
Payment Terms: To secure your session date and time, the full amount will be charged to your credit card once your reservation is confirmed.
